  • UNDEFEATED AT 6-0-0 TO START In a South division match – up in Oshawa on October 3rd, the ninth place (2 – 3 – 2) River Kings took on the third place (5 – 0) North York Renegades. The Renegades are coming off a 6 – 4 win 24 hours earlier over the Toronto Predators in Greater Metro Hockey League action.
  • ADD TAYLOR AND MAIETTE TO ROSTER The North York Renegades have added forwards Joe Taylor and Raffaele Maietta to their 2016 – 2017 Greater Metro Hockey League roster with Taylor coming from the GMHL Toronto Attack while Maietta joins the Renegades after playing for the Toronto Predators in 2015 – 2016.
