RENEGADES EARN WIN

North York, Ontario
Oct 15, 2015

The North York Renegades walked away with two big points in a well deserved 4-1 victory over the Brantford SteelFighters. Goaltender Alex Lepore was a big difference maker in the match making 31 saves to be named the first star of the game.

It was a break out game for forward Mark Mannarn who had three points in the match with 1 goal and 2 assists.  Also playing a huge role in the game was recently added 21 year old forward Brett Bloor, who was acquired in trade with Orangeville earlier in October. Bloor had a goal and assist in the match.

The other two goal scorers were Georgopoulos and Pirie.

It was a well rounded lineup from all parts of the lineup that came together for the victory.

With the moral boost, the Renegades will hope to keep the ball rolling next week against the Toronto Predators on the road. The club travels down across Toronto on Saturday.
