In a 4:45 p.m November 12th match – up in North York, the Renegades hosted the Kingsville Kings in south division regular season Greater Metro Hockey League action. In their first game each other on October 16th in Kingsville, North York fell to the Kings in a 4 – 2 loss loss.

Tyler Garcia sinks the Kings first of the game 35 seconds into the opening period with Brendan Borg and David Vorstarek adding the helpers. Dan Leach scores Kingsville’s second of the contest to give the King’s a 2 – 0 lead at 8:45 of the period. Adrian Bertie pulls North York within one at the 9:45 mark of the first with David Maikawa and Raffaele Maietta setting up Bertie’s goal. Jaromir Vlcek increases the King’s lead to 3 – 1 with Miroslav Hylena and Matyas Kasek registering the assists on Vlcek’s goal at 11:41 of first.

North York’s Maietta closes the gap to one 22 seconds into the second with Lucas Bascio and Patrik Zilak adding the helpers. Dan Leach and Thomas McKinnon had the contributors on the Kings fourth of the game at 1:17 of the third scored by Kingsville Adam Kusior. Renegade netminder Simone Pilon made 46 saves in North York’s 4 – 2 loss to the Kings on Saturday evening.

The Renegades and the Toronto Attack will meet each other in North York on November 18th in a 7:30 p.m GMHL puck drop.
