The North York Renegades went undefeated at the GMHL College Showcase Classic this past week. The annual college showcase is a staple in the GMHL as a prime destination for college scouts and recruiters to select the GMHL elite for their schools.

The North York Renegades had a stellar showing, going undefeated winning 1 game and tieing another against two of the top teams in the North.

A 4-1 victory over the North's first place New Tec Civics cemented the Renegades as a league wide contender. The Civics are favoured to come out of the North and are currently first place.

The second game of the day was a 3-3 tie against the Parry Sound Islanders, who are second place in their own regard.

All around, it was a fantastic day for the organization. Many Renegades were spoken to by College and Pro scouts while the team itself impressed the league.
