The North York Renegades finally put everything they have worked to together. The club defeated the heavily favoured Niagara Whalers 6-4 final, proving to the entire league that they are now a team to compete with.

It was a big momentum game for the club. When a club is on a losing streak, often there will be a few games in a row that they should have won before they break out of it. This victory was truley a progression of consistent and complete efforts through the month of November and now gives the club confidence heading into next week match against Halton on home ice.
